Vice President Biden visited Bagram a few days ago. SFC Wrage from our section was selected to have breakfast with the Vice President. When I asked him what the Vice President was like, Wrage said "Lots of cologne, and he likes to violate your personal space." He also went on to say that Vice President Biden was extremely engaging, and very personable.
