DC Cupcakes

We received these cupcakes from the wife of Admiral Mullen, who is currently the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Apparently, when they (Admiral Mullen and his wife) arrived here last week they brought along eight thousand of these cupcakes to be delivered to the troops. They were delivered to our office boxed in dry ice, unopened since being packaged in the States. I think these were the best cupcakes I've ever had.
